The Hillsborough County Property Appraiser’s office is pleased to announce the official launch of its new website! This will take place March 30, when the HCPA will make permanent use of what has been a “beta” site for the past several months. Don’t worry, our new website will have the same address as the old one -- www.hcpafl.org -- and offer all the tools, data and services you’re accustomed to on our old site. In addition, our redesigned site will showcase even more features, including new aerial imagery, the ability to export detailed search results and improved ways to file for Homestead exemption, portability, and other exemptions.
The transition process from the old website to the new one will begin after 5 p.m. on March 27 and continue over the weekend. During this transition period, you may experience occasional outages. By the morning of March 30, the old site will be closed permanently and replaced by the new one. If you were planning to file online for Homestead exemption, please do so before March 27 or after March 30 to avoid any possible issues.
Once you get accustomed to our new website, we think you’ll like the upgrades and improvements. In the meantime, please continue to “test drive” the beta site at http://hcpafl.techpro.com/ and feel free to contact us with any comments, questions or concerns at feedback@hcpafl.org
