The Parcel Identification Number (PIN) was created during the development of a new Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal System (CAMA) deployed in January 2000. The PIN is based on a property's specific physical location.

The Municipality ID will let you know at a glance whether the parcel in question is located in one of three cities or in the unincorporated county. The Section-Township-Range numbers are 2 digits each and narrow the location to within a square mile. The Subdivision/Condominium number may return all properties within a plat. A "ZZZ" here indicates the property is not platted and is described by the Metes and Bounds Method.

The office will continue to assign and maintain Folio Number and PIN simultaneously for a period of one year. Folio Numbers will be maintained in history indefinitely and are displayed on the CAMA Search Results page.

If you feel you have entered information correctly, and are not getting the desired results try clearing the form and re-entering the data again. Click "Clear/Restart" and then enter in the data again. We have found that this fixes most of the problems.

The system does not support the use of "*" as a wildcard search. The use of such character will not return the information desired.

If you cannot find your parcel data through numerous attempts you may email the
Customer Service Department and they will assist you. Thank you...
