The Property Appraiser's Office offers a variety of career opportunities serving the citizens of Hillsborough County. Opportunities exist in areas of Appraisals, Clerical, Customer Service Representatives, Office Assistants and Data Services. The office is public service oriented and many positions involve direct contact with the public either in person or by telephone.
The Property Appraiser's Office is a member of the Hillsborough County Civil Service Board. Employment applications and qualifications are handled through Civil Service. When an executive management position opens, recruitment is done through the newspaper and trade publications. The Property Appraiser's Office is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free work place.
