The answers to questions submitted to the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser’s (HCPA) office from potential bidders of RFP‐S‐9001‐0‐2017‐ER are now available to all vendors by clicking here. 
The Hillsborough County Property Appraiser is seeking the services of an experienced contractor to print and mail its annual Truth in Millage (TRIM) notices.
These notices are mailed each August to all property owners (real and tangible) in Hillsborough County, Florida. Nearly 500,000 TRIM notices were mailed to taxpayers in 2016 over a four-day period.
The contractor must be able to perform mass printing and mailings in a deadline-driven environment
with an extremely high emphasis on complete accuracy and quality control.
